Issue with my editor with certificate managment

Post by Remi »

Hello All,

I am having an issue with the editor for certificate management. Ever since I change over from localhost to my web host, My certificate management description where you type in what you want it to say on the certificate editor is missing. Is it due to a change of location? If so, how do i fix this?

Hi Javar, yes I was sure it was that.
It's actually not a bug, but something that might have gone wrong during your migration.

Moving to Installation and Configuration, in a minute I am posting the solution

As I said above: you migrated the LMS and Tiny Editor ... doesn't know it :-)

Delte the file with TinyMCE cache, it should have a file name like this:

/addons/tiny_mce/fd5e0d0738d6201a89b3f8248f81997e.gz

Did you log out, clear YOUR cache and log back in?

If that doesn't solve, try going to Administration>Main>settings and set "textarea" as the default editor. Save, then select tinymce once again and resave.

What about overwriting the whole tiny_mce folder with the original files?
