Definitely NOT a bug, as the setting is working correctly in one istance of mine.
It's probably due to a misconfiguration on your instance, but one should be stay on it to debug further.

alfa24, did you simply change the date_format for England and Italy from d_m_Y to m_d_Y? Is that all you did and it worked for you? Thanks
