I took a look at your questionnaire, it's interesting and I think the developers writing on this forum will be able to answer it.

Just one thing: this forum is related to an LMS that is not listed in your question 1... Forma Lms has more 52.000 downloads in all the world, many also from Germany. www.formalms.org for your reference.
Would you mind adding our Lms to your list, so that the people writing here could have more chance to answer to your question?
