Error in notification

While creating a new user, successfully completed notification doesn’t come.

I am seeing "server error" on the top of the box. Normally it means that you are not logged in anymore

Let me check, but anyway I should get user creation message. I never got the confirmation mail.

If you lost your login, as I said, the user creation doesn't happen and the e-mail is not sent. have you checked if the related event is turned on?
