Forma Install on Windows Server

I am installing Forma on a Windows Server for deployment to LAN only; no public web hosting.

Windows Server 2012
Apache 2.4.23 (Win32)
Open SSL 1.0.2h
PHP 5.6.28

I have expanded Forma 1.4.2 files into folder formalms in htdocs.

I have modified Apache httpd file so DocumentRoot "C:/xampp/htdocs/formalms"

What then should the url be to launch Forma setup?

Is there install documentation for Form on Windows? Couldn't find any.

Hold on....url is http://servername/install. Setup completed successfully.

Off and running but I'm sure there will be more.

The installation instructions, either for Linux or Windows server, are in the same readme.txt file I suppose you found on our website. They also contain information on how to install in a local environment.
