Admin Access Denied

I have successfully installed forma on my website. My hosting does not provide ldap so there was this warning when I was installing it on my website. Now when I try to login with the username/password I created during the installation, it gives me access denied. please check your password error. I have tried to change the password from MySQL database with MD5 coding but still no success. Can you please help me diagnose this issue?

Hi,
welcome to the community.
If you let the LDAP turned on, in spite of the warning, you cannot login .... because you don't have LDAP.

LDAP is off by default in installation, you probably misspelled your admin user or password... if it didn't work by manually change the md5 password try a fresh install
