Hi Skip
can you post some screenshots of course detail (from admin page), user enrolled in the course, LMS section. ?
The content Library is correclty empty , if you never upload contents (a content must be uploaded in a course)

Since the page insists there is no content I cannot get to the Teacher or Student tabs at all.

Skip,
I think you are a bit confused about the different sections of the LMS and where to go to do different things.
Forget the content library for a while, it's not the place where you add content. You need to have the ELEARNING tab active. Then you will see your courses, and then - once you access the courses - you'll be able to get to the Teacher MENU, I am quite sure that you turned that tab off.

Attached are screen shots of the site. I do not think anyone changed any defaults at all. so if the ELearning tab is disabled it was that way right after installation.

Thank you for the screenshots.
Ok, the "elearning" tab is active.
Therefore, the only thing I can think of is that you are not logged in with the same user that is enrolled to the courses...
You have 2 users, and you have 1 user enrolled to 2 courses (I assume it's the same user, but I cannot know it).
Can you check if your user "administrator" is indeed enrolled to those 2 courses or not?

administrator is indeed enrolled to both courses. I fear there is something fundamental wrong with the installation. are others using Red Hat Linux?

Hi skip
our test reference server are CentOS 6 and CentOS 7 that are RHEL clones.
we also run forma.lms with ubuntu and debian . Also if it's not our best choice , we know that there are installation running under Windows with apache or IIS
the last thing I can suppose is the version of php and mysql ?
form.lms 1.4.x run with php 5.3 5.4 and 5.6 , not with php 7.0

Hi Skip,
the configuration is ok, there are no errors.
I stand by my first impression: the user enrolled to the course is not the same you used for our screenshot. Since you only have 2 users on your LMS, check if the user named LMS Forma is actually enrolled to the course, and if it's enrolled as a course administrator. I suspect it is not.

I deleted the other user. Now there is only one. and LMS Forma (administrator) is enrolled in 3 courses .
Copy/paste from admin screen.....
