Yes because you have the editor most probably set to textbox and not tiny - please replicate it by changing it to tiny and trying to create a quiz. Thanks!

Issue - solved
We changed the editor in Settings/Main options/ Visual HTML editor from tiny to textbox as there was a missing class in tiny (BUG).
